Mike Kinard is the owner of Ashley Cooper Realty. He graduated from the University of South Carolina and attended the Citadel for graduate school. He has been a licensed realtor since 1984 in the Charleston Area. He previously owned Kinard Realty in North Charleston as well. Mr Kinard was a previous chairman of the education committee for the Charleston Board of Realtors. He has a strong belief that all realtors needs to know the business that they are in. He has taught real estate finance courses in many Charleston area real estate schools.
Mr. Kinard is also a certified instructor for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, as he is a licensed loan originator as well. In a lot of the transactions he is the realtor as well as the loan originator. The entire process goes very smoothly when he handles both areas of the transaction. He says he is able to stay on top of everything stop any problems before they arise to best service our clients.
